About Me

Andrea After working for twenty years on the administrative/management side of health care, I decided to make a shift in my career and become a provider of health care. In 2005, I went to massage school at Brenneke School of Massage, where I later graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I have always been fascinated by anatomy and worked for 14 years as an Office Manager for a PT clinic in the

North Seattle

area.

While going to massage school, I began doing

Pilates

with a friend who was getting her certification. As a personal workout, I loved it! I had many chronic injuries from years of playing tennis and running and had given up on several different forms of exercise at that point.

I looked into getting certified myself because I felt Pilates would be the perfect adjunct to my career as an LMP. I became STOTT certified in 2008. I love teaching

Pilates classes

to both beginners as well as athletes and more advanced clients. I myself am an avid tennis player and find that my Pilates workouts help me to stay injury free.
